- Worldwide coverage for acts, errors or omissions which take place anywhere in the world
- Broad definition of Insured that includes contract attorneys, "Of Counsel" attorneys, and past, present or future attorneys
- Narrow Insured vs. Insured exclusion that grants coverage for Insured's in their performance of legal services for other Insured's
- No sub-limit on Disciplinary Proceedings
