Socius has expanded it ability to help our retail clients place accounts of all sizes. We are happy to announce binding authority for a Property & Casualty program for a wide range of classes targeting small businesses. Accounts submitted generating premiums of $10,000 or less will automatically be marketed to these programs by your local Socius Property & Casualty broker. Minimum premiums start as low as $750. Classes of business which can be considered are as follows, but not limited to:

• Vacant Building/Land
• Apartments
• HOAs
• OCPs/Builders Risk
• Contractors
• Special Events/Entertainment

Coverages that can be offered either on a stand alone basis and/or as a package

• Commercial Property
• Commercial General Liability
• Umbrella/Excess
• Garage Keepers Liability
